How to choose a vacation

Maybe some of you, have just visited our website and have a dilema, how to choose from such a variety of cruises or which ship to pick (even though you have never been inside such a ship or do not know which ship will fulfil your requirements). I fully understand because really there are lots of choices. Therefore, it is important to set your priorities and know what to expect from it. If you cannot answer this question, it does not really matter, I will take you through step by step.

Which destination and when?

There are many destinations all around the world. If you want to travel to Caribbean, best season is end of October till half of April. Then the hurricane season begins and so during the summer most of the ships sail to the north – Bermuda, Europe, Canada and New England or even Alaska, which is one of the most fantastic summer destination.
Alaska cruises begin in April, but yet with breezed weather and end in half of September, when cooler autumn starts. June, July and August are fabulous months to spend in Alaska if you love nature. Average outside temperature is approx. 22°C. Similar weather conditions are at Baltic Sea with summer average temperature of 25°C.

The most familiar climate to ours is in Mediterranean, where you can select a cruise from April to almost Christmas. Some ships are cruising across the Mediterranean year-round, but you have to bear in mind that during the winter there can be really cold so the question is why not to warm up yourself in sunny Caribbean?

How long should vacation take?

First of all you are the one who may answer this question. It depends on how many days off you have. When choosing the cruise, you need to be aware of the time to get to port where you embark. If your cruise starts in distant destination you should fly at least one day before the cruise as you might be crossing a few time zones.

Similar situation might appear at arrival from destination far away. You have to count with at least one more day to get home. So when buying the flight ticket yourself, please make sure or ask us about the time, when you need to be in port of embarkation and when you disembark. We can as well arrange the flight, hotel accommodation, transportation or travel insurance for you if you wish.

If you have not decided and still hesitate, please let us know, write us or call us. Or allow us to contact you and together we will find vacation you will enjoy the most. I hope you have fun with choosing your lifetime vacation and make your dreams come true.
